Man II Man

Time is running out for Silas and Mike, two men sitting at a bar as they have a conversation about life, death, and the indifference to it all. Silas, a handsome, charming, charismatic, intense psychopath, has just killed his wife and child, and wants someone to share his psychotic experience with. Mike, a cynical, low key, weary police detective, is just the guy Silas was looking for. By the end of that conversation Silas feels an incredible urge and sense of freedom he never thought possible, Mike feels an incomparable angst and a sense of mortal danger he knew was possible. The clock is ticking. This is a short story about indifference to suffering, and the indifference to the lack of empathy...Empathy that normal human beings feel when faced with human suffering...Empathy that can erode when one loses themselves in a world full of indifference.

A graduate of California State University, San Bernardino with a BA in Fine Arts, Eddie has made a professional career as a concept designer in the computer game industry for nearly a decade. The humble illustrator not only has a knack for designing creative worlds and characters, but a passion as well. Eddie's production artwork has been seen internationally in the most successful gameing titles ever created including Mech-Warrior 4, Halo, and Halo 2. While Spike Lee's "Do The Right Thing," James Cameron's "Aliens" and Michael Mann's "Heat" are some of Eddie's favorite films, its directors serve as his biggest inspiration to pursue film. Drawn to the story telling style and social commentary of Lee's films, Eddie is equally inspired by the amazing visual effects, well structured stories, and high concepts of Cameron's films, and the immpeccable cinematography, and intensity of Mann's work. Sci-Fi and Crime Drama are Eddie's genres of choice to explore his creativity on film.

Honesty, Women, great conversation, Great Movies: Heat, The Empire Strikes Back, Rocky, Aliens, Alien, StarWars, JFK, Do The Right Thing. Too many things to mention.
