Certain areas in the south of Morocco are completely wedged and however rich in potentials (cultural, environmental, patrimonial…). the inhabitants are authentic, simple, poor and however proud people … We undertook a study in this universe almost forgotten” by joining these populations who have many things to learn to us and we could note that the stakes which arise to evaluate tourism in these areas are important: • rural migration, which push the young people towards the city (consequences: unemployment, … etc) • Chronic dryness and quasi-abandonment of the agriculture • difficulty in installing a viable economy starting from the local resources • The country has many sites of interest which require to be rehabilitated and developed because of their state of decay • The population is not taken as a partner for the development of tourism in general whereas it constitutes the key Actor of it. the local population is unfortunately mostly marginalized, … The documentary is in fact an instrument of sensitizing in order to sit 1 - an awakening of the actors of the positive and negative effects of huge tourism 2- An awakening of rural of the richness of their inheritances for a tourism development in complement of their activities, network on their territory. Currently, rural tourism did not acquire the necessary maturity as to be seriousely developped: the networks are not developped as well whereas the request becomes more important. But, it should be noted that some actors in tourism will claim to make responsible tourism in rural medium either because it is “tendency. !! ” or quite simply to require higher tariffs. It is a danger we must avoid in Morocco if we want to preserve a place in the international competition.
