Black Widow Woman is the story of a man’s obsession over his gold-digging lover. When Michael is left inexplicably by his lover, he becomes desperate and will do anything to find her. He is driven into depression as his money hungry ex-lover cashes in by tempting indiscriminate men with her sexual allure. Her web of lies and deceit leaves them with nothing to live for. This music video is a modern day silent film with lyrics that provide the perfect narration to a desperate man's tale of woe.

Conscious Life
Conscious Life is a silent film which portrays the pain and delirium of love and tragedy. The short is presented as black and white, set in the late 1920s. The film shows a young photographer in his studio, haunted by the obsession of an unrequited love, and ensuing indifference towards his current lover. Waking from sleep in a dream-like sequence, his photograph on the wall and reality confuse their roles. Commissioned as a music video, the film is intertwined with the homonymous track by Aereogramme.

The Loss
A young woman goes on a short trip. Emiliano, her boyfriend, does not initially seem to be worried by the distance. Being left alone, after weird events start to follow one another, he eventually starts to think about his feelings. Story and main character’s behaviour are just a way to tell, through symbolism, what is going on in the mind and the heart of one who suffers a loss: anger and absence, neglecting the reality in front of one’s eyes.

CMJ 2010 Blogumentary - Andrew Cedermark
The final act to perform at Underwater Peoples showcase in Brooklyn, Andrew Cedermark closed out the night, taking the stage well after midnight. Cedermark, former guitarist from Titus Andronicus, performed material from his solo record. It was a raucus mix of lo-fi melodies that put a smile on our faces.
