Shack Attack
"Shack Attack" was shot in widescreen DV the summer of 2006. It features my grandsons, Spencer and Alec. This time we recorded sound, however very little of the original sound remains. All SFX are a mix of sounds in my buy-out library and ones that I Foleyed myself. The music is a mix of many tracks and stingers from my Buyout library from Chameleon Music. I didn't get around to editing until a year later and found I needed two clips to complete continuity. Alec and I recreated the look and shot the two scenes in '07', when he was a year older. Izumo: Episode 6, Four Sacred Beasts
Having lost the homeland, Amaterasu, Queen of Nenokuni, makes a decision to engage in a decisive battle with the army of the Evil Spirits. She wants to take Takeru and his friends back to the Land of Reed Field (‘Ashiharano-Kuni’) (the normal world for humans). She needs the “Art of the Anti-Spirit” performed by Sakuya with the help of Four Sacred Beasts in the Horai Mountains. Takeru and his friends escort Sakuya to the mountain. After conquering many obstacles, Sakuya finally makes the divine oath. Just then, Mai controlled by Oh-Numuji, kidnaps Asuka. The wicked strategist, then, sends the army of the Evil Spirits to the Horai Mountain.

Izumo: Episode 5, Attack
When Sakuya and Seri are looking for the missing Mai, they see Ring, the Chief of Staff of the Evil Spirits, leaving with a gloating look on his face. Sakuya and Seri find Mai lying on the ground and then they see the Village of the Gods. It cannot be seen! The sacred barrier has been broken! The army of the Evil Spirits lead by Minakata, the young General of Himiko and the son of Oumuraji, the strategist, is swiftly approaching. Takeru helps Kagutsuchi the chief of troop by playing ‘bait’ to gain time for the villagers to escape. In the fierce battle, Takeru and Kagutsuchi grab a chance to attack Himiko, the mistress of the Evil Spirits. But, their attempt fails as a man get in their way. It is Takeshi.

Kangaroos are nature’s representatives in the heavy weight boxing division. Their bouts combine headlocks, forepaw jabs and their own form of kickboxing. Balancing on their tails, they deliver powerful blows to the belly, which is protected by an extra thick layer of skin. Weighing up to 80 kilograms and standing 2 metres tall, they are formidable opponents.
