Filmmaker Jonathan Hayes adapts a comic short story by Donald Barthelme in which a grade school teacher (Russell Bennett) struggles to teach the meaning of life and death to his curious class. This bright and hilarious (Take One) lesson in elementary metaphysics won the Audience Award as the 2003 Worldwide Short Film Festival.
