PARIS: Iglaine

In the trendy fashion district Etienne Marcel, the boutique Iglaine stocks unusual second hand and vintage wear. The collection spans the whole 20th century and they offer items from all over the world. Two thousand rarities in good condition are crammed inside the tiny boutique. Vintage designer pieces by Thierry Mugler and Paco Rabanne hang next to second hand items from Morocco and Tibet. Iglaine also stocks its own house label designed by the owner Rheinard Luthier. Luthier customises and dyes antique fabrics and materials, like old mattresses and pillowcases transforming them into innovative designs. Also in stock is a black evening dress, which he designed for Jane Birkin. His accessory range includes original Emilio Pucci glasses and old designer handbags.
