Batman Gotham Knight Review
Matt's been a fan of Batman the Animated series since he was 12 years old, so when Kevin Conroy returns to voice the Dark Knight, there is reason to rejoice. Even if Christian Bale hadn't sounded like a death metal singer under the cowl. Nat's always up for more Batman, and we both have quite a bit to say on both sides of this Six-Part addition to Nolan's Batman.

Halloween Preview + Review: Zombie Does Carpenter
It's a tricky thing, doing a remake of a Hollywood Classic... but with a legion of fans all his own, Rob Zombie has the cult-power to do Halloween Remake with a certain degree of comfort that his audience will come out and support it. We're not specifically that audience, but we're both pretty familiar with the Halloween mythos. Familiar enough to think that a "revisitation" of John Carpenter's famous character treads on very hallowed ground indeed... what did we make of it? Have a look. ~Matt + Nat

Wanted Review: Get That Girl A Sandwich
Matt and Nat both got a kick out of Wanted, though it didn't quite live up to the expectations set by some of the rumours... or set by the first 10 minutes of the film. But it's a great ride that's definitely worth seeing -- if you've already seen Dark Knight that is. But if you hit the snack bar, make sure to bring back something for Angelina. She looks like she could use the meal. ~Matt + Nat

Hulk Preview: Now With Added Incredible!
So, Ed Norton, William Hurt, Liv Tyler and Tim Roth? That sounds like a pretty amazing cast… even if they did already have a cast for the Hulk from Ang Lee’s 2003 go-round. Matt liked the first one and Nat is game for some Ed Norton. What about you?! ~Matt + Nat

Skinwalkers Preview: The Elusive Werewolf Genre
Recently we’ve had Cursed, the Underworlds, and you can kind of count Van Helsing, since there were some pretty amazing digital werewolves there. But none of them really stack up to the classics in the 80’s - American Werewolf in London and the Howling. Skinwalkers gives an interesting modern take on the Werewolf, using the most retro style possible: Man-in-Suit. With Max Evans (Jason Behr) from Roswell and Casey Jones (Elias Koteas) from the original Ninja Turtles film as the leads, and the effects pro from Terminator, Jurassic Park and Interview with a Vampire, Skinwalkers has all the ingredients to be a worthy successor to the Werewolf genre. ~Matt + Nat

Watchmen Preview: Can It Live Up To The Source Material?
We’ve had our eye on this project for YEARS, literally, and we couldn’t have more anticipation and enthusiasm for this film if we tried. Mostly because we’ve been fans of the graphic novel for as long as we can remember, and the pressure couldn’t be higher for Snyder to deliver a truly great movie from the greatest graphic novel of all time. So watch our 10-minute preview of Watchmen, complete with cast and crew interviews and LOTS of scenes from the movie, and hit up YourGeekNews.com to let us know what you think. ~Matt +Nat

Underworld Rise Of The Lycans: Review + Preview
Since we got all the goodies from Sony so late, we weren't able to make a proper preview for Underworld, so we've incorporated a few words of wisdom from the cast and crew into our regular review style. What did we think? Well, we knew what we were getting, not only because it's a prequel and the story was already given away back in 2003, but because we know what to expect from an Underworld movie: Vampires and Werewolves taken deadly serious no matter how absurd the story. And we love it that way. Sure the second film in the series was an ungodly piece of crap, but hey, not everything is Lord of the Rings or Star Wars. ~Matt + Nat

Hancock Review: More Than You're Expecting
Matt and Nat both got more than they bargained for with Hancock. Whether that's because they set the bar low, or Hancock's terrible ad campaigns just didn't give the movie enough credit, or Will Smith's charm just wins every time, who knows? But it was worth the watch, and there's more story to this film than you probably think. And it's a good one all things considered.

Tropic Thunder Review: See It Asap
Matt and Nat got a lot more movie than they bargained for with Tropic Thunder, and after seeing, wished there had been a preview. So we jammed as much PREVIEW into this REVIEW as possible! But if you haven't seen it, yet, don't watch all the way through. Tropic Thunder has too many fun surprises to ruin it all here!

Iron Man Review: The New Superhero Benchmark
Matt is convinced this is the new yardstrick to which every comic movie must be measured, and Nat just can’t get enough of Robert Downey Jr.’s performance as Tony Stark. All in all, it seems like Jon Favreau’s Iron Man managed to serve many masters… but let’s break it all down. What did you think? Let us know at YourGeekNews.com if you think we’re full of it, or if you’re on board with our impressions of the first blockbuster of the Season! ~Matt + Nat
