The Air and Style is back with a bang! The legendary big air event returns to the mighty stage of Munich's Olympic Stadium on December 01st 2007. At this first 6-star event of the Ticket To Ride World Snowboard Tour (TTR) 2007/08, the course is set for the rest of the season. As last year's event was the most spectacular in the history of snowboarding, the 15th Air and Style will certainly offer the most excellent snowboarding again. The huge snow ramp at the Olympic Stadium Munich offers the best conditions for the snowboarders to show a true fireworks of breathtaking jumps and new tricks.

Snowboard big air invitational in the city of London, UK. It's an urban Freeskiing competition which consists primarily of a Big Air kicker and brings together Pro Freeskiers to showcase some of the best freestyle skiing on the European urban ski scene. This year's event was an amazing display of what is going on right now on the UK Freeski scene. The event which took place at the Metro Ski and Snowboard Show 2007 was the 4th London Ride and the UK location for the Ride series of Freeskiing events which include the Verbier Ride, Saas-Fee Ride and Davos Klosters Ride.

After the Islamic revolution in Iran, it was forbidden for women to take part in sporting activities as it would have brought them into direct contact with men, be they umpires or mere spectators. The strict Islamic dress code, which obliges women to cover their heads and bodies in public, added an extra obstacle. Many sport federation rules forbid competitors from wearing veils or all body clothing, which effectively excludes Iranian women from taking part in international events. Canoe-polo offers one way around the rules.
