Rockfeedback heads to Field Day festival, a fantastic city-based day out showcasing everything from cutting edge indie rock and new folk to all out noise and the likes of Toumani Diabate, a 72nd generation Malian Kora player. Toumani was a massive standout at this year's event, and we were lucky enough to also have some words after his show, in which he told us of his happiness to play for an English crowd, and the unusual (for us at least) revelation that he'd had to change his usual set to play for the Field Day crowd because certain songs were "too holy" for such a raucous environment.
