Vice Versus - Raggare

Sweden has a huge hillbilly-teddy boy scene and they’re called “Raggare”. They are like a white-trash version of American teddy boys and flash their cars around. They mostly hang out around their local towns, but a couple of times a year they get together at these “Power Meets”.
