Baltimore is quickly becoming one of the most exciting cities in North America. As rent prices and unemployment rates increase in Los Angeles and New York, more and more artists are leaving the major cities and flocking to Baltimore. Although it’s typically known as the drug and murder capital of the country, recently portrayed in “The Wire”, Baltimore is taking over the music scene.
