In 1998, Mike formed the production company Captain Films Inc. and directed the sci-fi film Message: Received. His feature film debut, his first dramatic contribution, The Absent Phallus, premiered at The New York International Independent Film Festival in 2001 and won Best Directorial Debut, Best Director of a Feature Film and Best Actress. The Absent Phallus screened at The LA International Independent Film Festival and was represented at Cannes, MIFED and AFM. This film signed with Canamedia Productions Ltd. for Worldwide distribution.

Continuing to explore other genres, Davies fashioned the definitive hangover comedy for his second feature Hair of the Dog, in 2001. After a successful festival run the film has found a home with Critical Mass Releasing. Michael's third feature film, A COMEDY/DRAMA, Three on a See-Saw (2002), signed with Attack Filmworks and Universal Home Video.

Davies has directed a number of shorts, most notably the multiple award-winning When Urine Love. After a successful tour of the festival circuit When Urine Love was sold to The Comedy Network. In the summer of 2007 When Urine Love signed with OUAT! MEDIA for worldwide distribution and can now be seen on Movieola.

In April 2007 Davies embarked upon a bold departure from traditional media and entered the world of New Media and created the character-driven sci-fi post apocalyptic webseries After Judgment. The first season (sixteen episodes) was filmed September 2007 and in October of 2008 launched with an enthusiastic release, including 6 Nominations (including Best Drama webseries and Best Director) at the 1st annual Streamy Awards.

A featured comedian in Comedy Central’s Laugh Riots Competition, Stuart has performed at many Improv comedy clubs, and across the nation at colleges. In addition to stand up, Stuart hosts a LIVE, interactive, late night comedy talk show from the future called: LIVE! From the future… with Stuart Paap, a YouTube series I LOVE LA!, AMC’s Date Night, Biggy TV, AXSP Sportsnight, BlogTV on The Stream.TV, Time Warner Cable and has done voice over work for movies, commercials, documentaries and appeared in commercials.

His stage appearances include the Hollywood, Irvine, Ontario, and Tempe Improvs, the Comedy Underground in Seatlle, Gotham Comedy Club in New York City, the Comedy Connection in Boston, and the Comedy Studio in Cambridge.

He makes his home in Los Angeles… (and by “makes”, he doesn’t mean he actually makes it in a Ty Pennington way. He just pays his landlord a fair market price).

After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree from Queen’s University, Stephanie studied at Oxford then completed a Master’s Degree from the University of Toronto. She has published articles in a wide range of magazines. Along the way, she performed in over a dozen Shakespearean plays, most notably with Canada’s renowned Renaissance Stage Company. Today, Stephanie balances her acting and producing by working in casting and continues her literary career as a writer for People Magazine.

Now residing in Los Angeles, Stephanie has appeared in commercials, TV shows, and films. As a producer, Stephanie has produced numerous short films, 3 features, and several theatrical productions both in Canada and in LA. Her career highlights include the feature film The Absent Phallus, which garnered Stephanie the Best Actress Award from The New York Film Festival. She also hosted a TV series about Indie Filmmaking and the festival scene. One of the short films Stephanie produced, When Urine Love, made an extensive tour of the film festival circuit, screened at over 20 festivals worldwide, won 9 awards, and was televised in 3 countries. She is also extremely proud of After Judgment, which she produced and starred in. This critically acclaimed post-apocalyptic webseries was nominated for 6 Streamy Awards in 2009. Stephanie is currently developing several new projects with her creative team.

for 10 years, Taryn studied Theatre, Film and Economics at Duke University.

She has appeared on the television shows ‘Navy N.C.I.S.’, ‘The Inside’ and ‘Lie to Me’, acted in numerous indie films and has worked with The Coen Brothers, Januz Kaminski, and Michael Bay on various commercial campaigns. She can currently can be seen alongside Angela Kinsey (“The Office”) in the new Clairol spot directed by Barry Levinson.

HTSAAAR is her second webseries as a producer; Taryn produced and starred in the multiple Streamy Award nominated scifi webseries ‘After Judgment’ for which she received a Best Actress nomination for, and has several web projects in development with her creative team. She recently shot recurring roles on upcoming episodes of the webseries ‘Compulsions’ and Season 2 of ‘The Crew’.
