On the edges of suburbia two boys stumble upon a deserted house in the middle of the woods. Balder, the older cousin, charges forward to explore it. Reluctantly, Shufts follows after him and to a fateful encounter.

Pummarole
Five-year-old Mariateresa is sleeping soundly in her bed. It's very early in the morning but some strangers are moving around the house. Suddenly a very loud noise wakes Mariateresa who, out of a mixture of curiousity and fear, gets out of bed to see what's happening. The house is in a mess and her parents aren't anywhere to be found! Mariateresa starts to look for them: where can they have got to? Knives, clogs, strange objects and monsters that try to grab her... and something that looks like blood dripping out of a strange machine! The little girl runs down to the garage: she's scared to death!! A deafening noise and a bright light guide her to a room at the back of the garage. Mariateresa moves towards the door to peek inside... what's happening behind that door?

Set in and around a small town high school in Kansas, Beth is a naive senior student who asks her two new friends, the slick and outgoing Julie, and her boyfriend Scott to help her cover up the accidental killing of the hated school principal. But they are observed by Terra, a student nominated for prom queen, who blackmails them into rigging the election in her favor. Undaunted, Beth, Julie and Scott turn to the most popular/hated student Cherry to kill Terra for them. Cherry agrees to the hit, but only if she gets Terra's nomination for prom queen and the crown as well which sets off more complications for all involved.
