Dan is back in London and has decided to launch his own vodka empire. This episode is dedicated to rigorous research and development, as Dan shares vodka with a huge list of family and friends, with mixed reviews. He ends up launching it at the East End Film Festival and then takes a stand at Distil - the UK's biggest spirits fair.

After the launch: Dan has attracted some serious potential investors / business partners. He meets them on the roof of his producer Christo's office and they talk business. After the great meeting: Dan and Hilary dance the night away but the next morning they are in for a shock - the investors have already pulled out. Dan is angry and vouches that "we should own this 100%".
